I had been to this preserve a couple of times last summer and had no difficulty walking around even though according to the preserve map there's a creek running though here. Today I discovered that there is definitely a creek that runs through here at different times of the year depending on rain and runoff!
Mill Creek Preserve is a little used preserve that doesn't involve going too far outside of suburbia in order to get away.
Boots may be neccessary depending on the time of year although at times sneakers will be fine. If you do have to "wade" it will only be to your ankles!
The terrain rating for this cache will adjust due how wet/dry the area is.
All the caches placed in this preserve are within the boundaries so please be sure to stay within them as you walk through here.
