Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the above co-ordinates but close by. You will need to complete 1 task to get the co-ordinates of the cache container.

REASONS FOR THIS CACHE: This is Arizona’s first Wherigo Geocache. Check the website and the Wherigo forums to learn more about Wherigo. Wherigo is within the newer Garmin Colorado units but you don’t have to have one to play because there are other ways to play too. If you have a GPSr enabled PDA or smart phone that has windows mobile on it, you can use that but no Palm yet.

This is a new way to play geocaching and opens the door for an endless way to play. This is like Zelda except, you move your body in the real world instead of sitting at home playing with your hands.

 

DESCRIPTION OF AREA & CACHE CONTAINER: The cache container is an Altoids style tin but about twice the size. This is a little park down the road from my house. Walking through the area should be pretty easy. The cartridge is pretty basic with no pictures or media for now. I will be learning how to make stories and adventures and tourguides to add for more fun.
