Bella's Creek Crossing Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: Hi
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists.

Don't hesitate to email me via the link on my Profile if you have any questions. [red]Please be sure to include the cache name and GC Code, or better yet, the URL of the cache page.[/red]

Thanks for your cooperation!

Geocache Description:

This is one of four caches placed this afternoon while taking a walk in Western Gateway Park on a beautiful spring afternoon with my "favorite niece" Bella.

Bella, an 11-year-old Bloodhound who belongs to my friend Peter, had a long and distinguished career in Search and Rescue, and I have played the victim (more properly called the "subject") for many of her practice searches in Western Gateway Park. Today we were just out enjoying the sunshine together.

This cache was originally placed near the spot where we crossed the creek, and where Bella would have gone for a swim if I had let go of the leash. Now it's a little further from the creek, but not far enough to change the name.

The cache is now a log-only micro, about the size of a film cannister. BYOP.

Be safe! Approach from inside the park, not from Hwy 20! There may be an old container on the wrong side of the fence, but the real cache container can be reached from inside the park.
