Geocache Description:

Located in west Redding (see parking cords).

This is part of the West side trail system. This trail goes from Dillard rd to Mary Lake and to Lower Springs Rd. Looking for a large ammo can hidden at the start of the system. This place offers some awesome views of Redding and the surounding areas. You can see Mary Lake, Sundial Brigde and Mt. Lassen just to mention a few. Follow pavement up to trail head. .03 miles to cache from parking. Nice uphill hike at first and then it levels out.
