That's what you'll think when you see this. By the looks of this
you will scratch your head and wonder how they could design and
construct anything, anywhere, back in the day. No worries with
California Department of Fish & Game. No worries with OSHA
(Occupational Safety and Health Administration). No worries with
EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) or with the
environmentalists. The design was probably scratched on the soil at
the time of construction. In this case all that mattered was that
water was moved from one place to another. As you know today you
cannot get away with this kind of engineering or construction.
Makes you wonder how it was to live in the Old West. You'll also
wonder if it was intentionally designed or constructed this way, or
if this sprouted after the fact. Can't say much, you'll have to see
it for yourself. You make the call, I'm just wondering...........
This is a painted Altoid can. It has room for small items and room
enough for a log so bring a pen. There is a paved shoulder so
there's plenty of space for parking. Be careful pulling out after
your visit. Please place the container back where it was found and
exactly how it was hidden. Also use a stick to poke around before
putting your hand in places and can't see, we are in critter
country. Happy caching!
