Well Read Multi-Cache

Two-stage multi, park once with a very short walk to each stage.
First stage is a well-hidden micro with coordinates to the nearby second stage, which is a large easy-to-find bucket.
Park in front of the missing cedar tree, on the east side of the road just south of the given coordinates.
Access to private property is required at second stage, and has been OK'd with the owners. Say "hello" if you see them out and about.
UPDATE: Originally conceived as a sort of book swap cache, where cachers could take a book and leave a book (inspiration for the "Well Read" title of this cache), we removed this "feature" of the cache since many of the books that were left had become moldy over time.
NOTE: A few comments have been left by cachers uncomfortable with the busy road and bridge. Once parked in the location described above (along the road, but on a very wide shoulder) there is no need to be near the road or on the bridge at any time. The additional hint is helpful, as it gives a clue to the location of the first stage, so you might want to decode it.
