This cache is in the Clarksburg State Park which is open to the public year round. The park is not in operation (staffed) in the winter but there's a $5 parking fee when the park is in operation (staffed). All visitors must be out by 8pm. There's a picnic area, swimming, and fishing. It's a nice place to spend the day, especially with the kids.
