Winner Creek Trail Girdwood

AMMO BOX placed on 07/24/2008. Also moved to a more dry area.
Winner Creek Trail in Girdwood. There are some great views along this trail in the winter or summer. A great trail for skiing, snowshoeing or hiking. Please be aware of bears in the summer, better to let the bear know you are there than to surprise. Cache was placed in the winter so not sure what the water situation is at the cache site. Will update when the snow melts. Update: Devils Club in the area but pretty dry, seems to be located on an animal trail. Be bear aware. Cache is an AMMO BOX. This cache was placed to get you out to enjoy one of the sceinic areas in Girdwood.
