The posted coords are for parking. You will need to gather some info at the Norfolk Town Hill in order to determine the coordinates of the final cache. Take a look at the pictures so you know what you're looking for when you get to the Town Hill.
The final cache is within 2 miles of the posted coords. When you drive to the parking area for the final cache, go to the left to find the trail head. You will eventually find your way to the cache.

A is the number of letters in the second word of the name of the manufacturer of the large town clock.
B is the last digit of the day on the plaque commemorating the date of the dedication of Norfolk Town Hill.
C is last digit of the year that is in the plaque on the floor of the gazebo.(The big numbers in the outer circle.)
D is the last digit of the first year engraved in the granite brick from the Garden Club of Norfolk in the sidewalk near the gazebo.
E is the third digit of the year that the town was incorporated.
