This is our second cache but we seem to have hit on a theme of putting them close to water. It's a regular one litre tub along a great long distance path - "The Wyre Way" which in the summer is a great place to come and play in the river.
The cache is placed along the Wyre Way which follows the length of the river Wyre. It is very close to the centre of Garstang and also a convenient stop off from the canal via the aquaduct just past the "Tithebarn"! It's a one litre tub and would be a great temporary stop for some TB's and Geo-coins. It was stocked with lot's of kids "treasure" and Pc Plum the travel bug.
However please ensure that it is well hidden when you leave it because it is slightly vulnerable to muggling if not!
Lastly! When hidden the GPS was playing by the rules! However when the leaves grow on the trees it may play games with your reciever so as a result I will leave quite a hefty encrypted clue.
