Geocache Description:

The original container has gone over the cliff as the ground around the original hiding place has eroded away. It is now a match holder. In March 2008, I was up in Connecticut for work and was invited to a Caching event in Shelton, CT. The nice folks there fed me beer, offered me pizza, and eventually gave me three micro cache containers. This cache was one of three caches located in the Wichita area that used one of those containers. Due to the sentimental value of the container itself, it was not replaced with the same type container.

Located in "undercached" Grove Park (now Dr. Glen Dey Park), CT #3 is a short 300 ft from parking. The terrain at the original cache site is on the tricky (dangerous) side. The cache is no longer hiding on the ground near the edge of the cliff.

Please remember that unless you have received special permission from the cache owner, you must sign the actual log sheet in the container. Online logs will be deleted from geocachers who have not either signed the physical log or received special permission from the cache owner.
