Took a short hike with Julie to place this cache in the wilderness...Above CVWD's siphon 27.
Cache is a regular GI Ammo can with a note pad signed by my friend Julie. Contents also include: A girl in a pink dress, an empty waterproof match holder, a HOT WHEELS Mustang Funny Car, an orange coin purse, a blue BIC lighter (holder has no matches; remember?)and a small bottle of water.
Cache is located above siphon 27 on the Coachella Branch of the All American Canal. Access to the parking area we used to place the cache is from Parkside Drive to the canal road.
N 33 degrees 31.599' W 115 degrees 49.276': where we parked.
From there it is an easy hike provided it is not getting to warm. Used to be able to drive this during our Country's more sane days!
