Special Thanks to BigDog421. While doing his USAF Museum Tour multi/puzzle, I saw this puzzle on a display and just had to use it.
PARKING:
You will HAVE to park on a side street near the posted coordinates.
Or you can park in a big empty lot by Speedway next to Dorothy Lane.
If you park anywhere else, you do so at your own choosing.
GETTING TO THE CACHE:
The ONLY way to get to the cache is by WALKING to it from Dorothy Lane.
Do not attempt to get to the cache between houses or through private residential property or you could have Johnny Law on your case.
Do not attempt to cut through a business parking lot. Half the area around the cache site, is surrounded by high fences. The other half is enclosed by private residences.
THE STORY:
Smitty, Phil, Bobbie P. and Bobbie S. were at Camp Hoa Lo.
The counsellors there were VERY strict.
Camp Counsellor Charlie caught Smitty, Phil, Bobbie P. and Bobbie S. talking during nap time.
So, Camp Counsellor Charlie, severly punished the boys.
Then Camp Counsellor Charlie caught Smitty, Phil, Bobbie P. and Bobbie S. passing notes.
Again, Camp Counsellor Charlie, severly punished the boys.
Smitty, Phil, Bobbie P. and Bobbie S. liked to communicate to keep up morale, so they came up with a secret code to communicate with each other.
Eventually, the four boys were split up and they taught the special code to all their other new friends at camp.
The code was learned by all the boys at camp, and soon their camp quarters sounded like a den of runaway woodpeckers.
You will need to find the secret code that Smitty, Phil, Bobbie P. and Bobbie S. used to outwit Camp Counsellor Charlie in order to communicate with each other and the other campers, to decypher the puzzle for the coordinates to the cache.
Update 07/10/2016: For closer coords ADD .001 to the North solution and SUBTRACT .003 from the West solution.
