Not My Fault!! Traditional Cache

The cache is easy, the drive is long. That is why I gave it a two. I did the drive in the spring and it was stunning!! The cache is located on the San Andreas fault. This is where the Continental plate meets the Pacific plate. There is a USGS station nearby that monitors all the action. They have a bulletin board with interesting info. The reason the guard rail is crooked here is due to the shifting plates! There is a five dollar bill for the first to find. The hint below is a spoiler, only read it if you don't want to take the chance on making the drive and not finding it.
