The cache is placed on the Rail Trail behind the Midland County Road Commission. I believe their orange barrels count as trammels, don't you?

The cache is a small container. The terrain is high because there is a ditch along side the rail trail you have to hop over to get to the cache. It is possible to get to without getting wet, you just have to look for a narrow spot.
