Another rest stop on
the way to Camp Nasty. Plenty of parking at the Fremont
Library.
After
completing the trek to Camp Nasty last year, we always knew that we
wanted to place a cache in this area. Since some of the nearby real
estate has been developed by McdHoldem and m&m i k, we decided
that we should make a hide as well. This area is used by snow
machines in the winter and 4 wheelers in the snow free seasons.
Hikers share the trails but better yield when either machine
approaches.
At this time of
the year (MUD SEASON), the trails can be NASTY with a
combination of MUD and ICE!
