Paved paths lead near cache, very slight elevation changes, not an especially difficult hide.
This is a great park to enjoy with your kids or your tennis racket. In the spring, cherry trees cover the lawn with pink blossoms. And it's filled with some truly gnarly old trees.
Please don't bury the cache. A light cover of camo and a good tucking back where it goes will suffice.
This has been muggled once, so perhaps be wary of leaving TBs.
