This is a traditional ammo can geocache with trade items.
This geocache has been placed by permission of the Austin Dam Memorial Association. It may be a little wet depending on how you proceed to the cache. You can either park in the picnic area or at the pull-off by the earthen dam. This geocache is hid pretty well, so good luck. I recommend parking in the picnic area. It is a longer hike, but a more level and scenic route. It is about .15 from the picnic area, less from the pull-off, but we placed it by walking from the picnic area.
