Geocache Description:

A park and grab nano which is NOT on the shrines private property.

We were out geocaching this weekend and came across this monument. Somebody has this monument on a small hill. There is a flower bed that has bulbs coming through. The back of this amazing sculpture is finger engraved to Raul from Christine. I bet this monument has a story to tell. It's unusual to find Our lady of Guadalupe in Maine. Perhaps in Mexico, Maine? Congratulations to hoamdezinahs for the FTF! Interesting shrine story: Raul, who cares for the shrine and does the mowing states that his wife had a dream one night that she was to build a shrine on that hill. Because she and Raul had been to Mexico numerous times, she decided to dedicate it to Our Lady of Guadalupe. The foundation was a house that burned down many years ago.
