Method to my madness Traditional Cache

An easy cache to find before or after the Simi Meet and Greet event. Finding this on a Sunday might increase the difficulty somewhat. My original hopes of hiding a cache just outside the pizza place were smashed to oblivion when JustGinger placed her Hoppin Buffet cache. That put the pizza place off limits since it was less then 0.1 from that cache. Doh! So I scouted out this area instead and found a nice spot for this cache. Enjoy!
