Lothlorien was the home of Galadriel and Celeborn and their people, the Galadhrim. It was here that Aragorn brought the Fellowship when they were fleeing the orcs of Moria. The place where the cache is hidden is only a small wood, but it puts one in mind of the place where the Fellowship first encountered the Elves of Lorien.
You can pull off of the main road near to this cache, with enough room to allow the farmer access to his field.
There are tweezers and a needle in the cache that are not swappable items. They're there to help you get the log sheet out of its container, so please leave them for the next person.
