Why should the city encourage redevelopment of older areas of the city when there is plenty of greenspace to be annexed and developed?
Okay, fine, we'll lay down our cynical view of the area. We'll try not to notice the large number of vacant commercial buildings, sitting empty even as others are being built around them.
Instead we'll celebrate this new area of town with its first cache.
Warning! It was brought to our attention that while drivers usually obey traffic signals, the modern roundabout is a challenge. Seems that local drivers don't know how to properly or safely utilize such a simple efficient intersection.
