Bamboozled Traditional Cache
c&s 143: It is time. This was our first hide and we are very proud of it. Thank you to all the finders and those who looked but didn't find. And thanks to those who gave it over 50 favorite points!! But now it is time to let this spot go.

The area is open to the public from dawn to dusk. Be sure to only park in designated areas. The best parking to get this cache is either across from the baseball stadium and greenhouse or just past the cache at the top of the hill near The Shack. The cache is a waterproof matchstick case with log only. BRING YOUR OWN PEN. DO NOT BUSHWACK! The terrain has a slight grade and is grassy.

Please be cautious of muggles. This is the third time I have hidden this one. The first hide was muggled within a week. It is better camo'd now so should be more difficult for muggles to find.
This is the first of hopefully many cache hides for us. It is hidden in an area known as Winthrop Lake or The Farm. This area is now a large athletics and recreation area. The name "The Farm" comes from the fact that this used to be farm land used to grow food for Winthrop University. On the grounds now are the Winthrop Coliseum, several softball fields, a baseball stadium, a ropes course, soccer fields, a 9-hole golf course, a lake, a 1.1 acre wetlands area, a disc golf course and a building called "The Shack" which is used for various events. This area is home to many types of bird such as blue herons and great herons. The area immediately around the lake is used by sunbathers, kite flyers and others.
The whole area has a potential for lots of muggles but the cache is hidden in a way that you will most likely not be seen.
Be sure to rehide the cache as you found it.
