You are looking for the usual container for a place like this. Almost wheelchair accessible but doubt about the reach makes me keep it rated just a little higher.
We were headed to an event when the urge came to stop an place a cache here. Almost didn't stop because the time was rapidly approaching for the event. Took just a little while to find this location and grab some coords! Not a hike or a brain-teaser, so if that's what you want, by-pass this one!
