Beaver deceiving and swamp stomping fun along the Little Calumet River! This cache is located behind Hawthorne Park in Porter.
Enough of the city caching, it's time to have some fun! This is a medium sized lock & lock style container. En route to the cache location, we encountered swamps, mud and several water ways. Luckily, the resident beavers had built us some bridges! Terrain rating is due to the severe mud conditions, and the downed trees we had to cross. Please only enter this location from Hawthorne Park, or you will be tresspassing onto private property! Have fun, we did!
