Geocache Description:

Near a repeater station.

The road to the cache is a public road that is suitable for cars as I placed it with a 2wd.
There are a few gates to go thru so remember to leave them as you find them.

There are good views from up at the cache site and a quick walk to the top of the hill gives awesome views form Oamaru to Palmerston and inland to the Pig Route to Central.

Not recommended to continue thru the gate past the cache as its very steep and a huge rut down the middle of the track. Only attempt if have a 4wd and are experienced.

Altitude at the cache is 509m

Cache is a 2 litre snaplock container with logbook, pencil and couple swaps.
