Geocache Description:

Davidson's Linn is a lovely waterfall on the Usway Burn, deep in the Cheviots. The nearby farm at Uswayford is reputed to be the most remote in England. The falls lie on the ancient route of Salters Road, a cross-border route believed to have been used by salt traders in medieval times, who would have travelled from the sea, via Rothbury and the Coquet Valley. The section of Salters Road from Alnham to the border exists as a bridle path, however a shorter route to the cache is from Barrowburn in the Upper Coquet Valley, where there is car parking and and an information board. From here there are a choice of routes to the cache site.

The cache is a small plastic box, containing log book and pencil, some post-it notes, paper clip and crayons.
