No, I don't believe anyone really thinks clear-cuts are
beautiful, but in a few years the recently planted trees will make
the landscape look much greener and healthier.
The adjoining areas that were logged several years ago, are now
good spots to find wild blackberries, so bring your berry bucket,
if you visit here in July.
