Watching Airplanes Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

DE_Cryptoman: The cache at this location has gone missing far too many times. I don't know if it is animals, groundskeepers, or spoilers. Regardless, the location is open to anyone else who would care to have a cache here on the TSTI campus.

Geocache Description:

A water-proof match container painted camo. No room for trackables.

This cache is located on the Texas State Technical College (TSTC) campus. You used to be able to see the old control tower when this cache was placed but it has since been replaced by a newer tower further away. However, the AEROSPACE training center is readily visible from here. At one time this campus was Connally Air Force Base and before that Waco Army Air Field. If you are lucky you might see a plane take-off or land. It's not quite as busy as a conventional airport. If you are into benchmarking, BZ0713 is not too far from this cache site. Parking is close enough that this should be a park and grab. There is potential for muggles in the area so use appropriate stealth techniques if necessary. The container has virtually no room for trade items. Make sure you bring your own pen/pencil. Please try and hide the container back so it will not be readily visible to non-cachers. Watch your speed while driving in this area. Someone took the time to place this cache so please take the time to write a reasonable log entry.
Most of all...keep on caching!!
