This is large plastic lockbox cache it is located about 3/4 of a mile from the parking area at N 48 31.720 W 122 11.736
Very little brushwacking is required.
Northern state recreation area (NSRA) was formerly northern state hospital (a mental institution) purchased by the state of washington in 1991. After 2 failed attemps at the multi cache Mad Micros i Decided this area needed a traditional cache. While looking for a hiding spot for this one i found the final cache for Mad micros.
First to find credit goes to 4Summers.
I have raised the difficulty to a 3 based on 4summer's recommendation.
