Geocache Description:

This is the second traditional cache that is located along the route to the “Yam Boulders (GC1B22Y)” multi cache. The first was “On the Way to Yam Boulders (GC1B225)” cache, so please get the parking co-ordinates from that cache description. I am giving detailed directions to get from “On the Way to Yam Boulders” to “The Stone House” to avoid nasty bushwacking and also avoid the quarry road (off limits).

Starting at the “On the Way to Yam Boulders” cache:

1. Head in a southwesterly direction to WP002 along the obvious trail (cut line).
2. Turn north at WP002, onto an Elk Trail.
3. Follow the meandering Elk Trail until you are almost at the quarry road,
4. Turn west onto another cut line and head directly to “The Stone House “cache.

The cache is hidden beside a small, very well constructed artifact, the purpose of which is a mystery to me. You are looking for a 600 ml L&L containing a few trade items as well as a $5.00 Starbucks gift card for the FTF and a Toonie for the STF.

Now, continue along the cutline towards the posted co-ordinates for the “Yam Boulders” multi cache for a little adventure and great FTF, STF & TTF prizes.
