Geocache Description:

This multi cache is a short walk around 3 bays linked by the town of Porto Heli and should take around 1 hour. You will be following roads, pavements and dirt paths with just a few steps. There is parking at the start point but it is probably best if driving to park in the town and walk to the start point as it's easy to get blocked in there! You will need to collect all the numbers requested along the route. Some of which will be used more than once so make a note of them!

The first bay you will visit is the busy port of Porto Heli. Ferries arrive here from Athens, many yachts use the bay as a base or to shelter from bad weather and many tourists enjoy the water from the smaller catamarans you can rent on one of the hotel beaches.
The second bay is known locally as Fishermans Bay and once you get around there you will easily work out why! Although part of Porto Heli town this bay is away from the hustle and bustle and is a calmer bay to come and enjoy some peace and quiet!
The third bay is Ververoda Bay. There is a water ski centre here and the water is rarely deeper then a metre or so. At the far end of the bay, opposite the back of Porto Heli town there is a spit of sand which partially splits Ververoda from Maistraki bay. Ververoda is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunset over the mountains in the west.

At the advertised coordinates you should be standing outside the Evangelistra Church in Porto Heli. The church overlooks the almost enclosed bay of Porto Heli. So the first number you need to find is:

How many figures are depicted in mosaic above the church entrance? This answer is A

Once you have taken note of this number head south to the sea and take the right hand path which has the No Parking signs on each side. Follow this path round the headland onto a small shingle beach.

How many benches are on the beach? (Make sure you go right onto this beach to find them all) This answer is B

Heading North West (You can cross the beach or take the road above it) follow the path around into fishermans bay. Once on the concrete quay answer the third question.

How many green lamp posts can you see situated on the concrete area in total? This answer is C

You now need to head North West to the following coordinates:

N 37, 19.60B
E 23, 08.3A0
You should now find yourself at Ververoda Bay. Looking North across the bay you can see the Porto Heli football pitch.

How many blue posts hold up the floodlights for the pitch? This answer is D.

You now need to do a little maths to come up with 4 new numbers which are used in the final coordinates.

Ax2 = Z
B-A = Y
C+1 = X
D/A = W

The cache is hidden back in fishermans bay at the following coordinates:

N 37,19.WY9
E023,08.Z0X

Good luck!
