This is in celebration of the Kansas Jayhawks national championship in NCAA men's basketball!
Now don't get me wrong, I am a huge Razorback fan. However, I am from the great land of OZ, originally, and my grandfather, two uncles, and several cousins, have all graduated from the University of Kansas. No matter how far I roam, I will always be a Kansas basketball fan! So when Super Mario, hit the big three, to send us into OT, and the resulting victory, I was,and still am, of course ECSTATIC!!!
There is really not much to do on those cold Kansas winter nights, except basketball, so of course, it is big in my home state. The last twenty years have been frought with one disappointment after another, so we will savor this one for a while. Hopefully, just till next year!
Now, as for the cache, it is a matchsafe, hidden in a standard way. You will not have too much trouble with this one. If you do, I will gladly give you a hint! I had nine foot accuracy when I read the coords, so this should be a SLAM DUNK! HAHA! Good luck!
Update 09-01-08: The new tenants have occupied this property. I stopped in today, and explained our game to them. They gave me permission to keep this cache in place, so please be respectful, and try not to interfere with their business operations here. Cache on! Thanks!
