This particular cache is inspired by Cromscout & Trouble'N'Strife and part of a nationwide Off Yer Trolley! cache series.
Located by the carpark of a well known national supermarket.
Off Yer Trolley! caches are intended to provide fairly easy drive-by caches together with the opportunity to CITO in their recycling area and nip in to do the shopping at the same time or even escape the shopping for "The need to cache".
This cache is (almost) within the grounds of a well known national supermarket chain, its only claim to fame been when it opened in the early 1970’s it was the flagship store for this company, even featuring in their TV adverts. Picked for (1) sheer annoyance factor, in the midst of muggles and therefore (slightly) technically difficult and (2) A good opportunity for a CITO.
The GPS Co-ordinates have been averaged! Depending on which way the GPSr was pointing (at the spot) determined the accuracy around 20ft.
THIS WAS THE 1st OFF YER TROLLEY CACHE PLACED IN THE NORTH OF ENGLAND !!!
The store offers a petrol station and café as well as the supermarket itself.
The cache is a Bison Tube, and not big enough to store anything other than the obligitary log sheet.
