Third in a series along the Monk's Road between Balmerino and Gauldry. Please see GC1AEJY ("Monk's Road: Monk's Well") for parking details.
After you have found "Monk's Road: Through The Wood", return downhill to the path and follow it eastwards. Cross the road once out of the woods and follow the rough track along the field edge - this will take you to the bridge which you must cross in order to find this cache. Accuracy wasn't great at the cache site but again the clue should hopefully help. This is a letterbox cache and the stamp and ink pad should remain in the box at all times. When we set these caches we continued on after this and followed the path which took us out onto the road at the back of the houses. After this point we came across no more signs or indications of any sort to show where the Monk's Road is! We didn't know whether it ran up past the church in the nearby hamlet, or whether it continued along a narrow path running back into the woods further east. Unable to make a decision we decided to stop this series at three caches - for the moment anyway, until we can establish the proper route!
