...Does What... Traditional Cache
Electric Mouse: Hi! I am a volunteer reviewer for geocaching.com. In early 2008, the South Dakota Game, Fish, and Parks Department banned geocaches in their Game Production Areas. Because of the ban, they have removed your cache. Accordingly, I am archiving the page. I am told that you can arrange to pick up your cache by calling Steve Vanderbeek at (605) 362-2700. Thanks.
One additional note. Because geocaching.com no longer lists virtual caches, this page cannot stay active when there is no container in the area.

This area is a Game Production Area (GPA), and no geocaching is allowed in Region III, in South Dakota
The coordinates listed are BOGUS. They will not take you to where a cache is hidden, because the cache has been removed, and, is sitting on my living room floor, along with the other two that accompanied this one. Region III of The South Dakota Deparment of Game, Fish, &, Parks has determined that no GPA land may be used for geocaching. HOWEVER, you may still access, ingress, egress, &, exit the land, for bird watching, thinking about whatever, and of course, hunting. You may even still use your GPS (it can still be used for hunting, etc.), just not for geocaching, and not for repeatedly going to the same spot, in this GPA, unless you are hunting. Since Hunting does occur, here, wearing orange/bright colors, is probably a good idea, so that hunters will not mistake you for a sign, of some kind, and shoot you (check out some of the area signs, and you will see that this is possible).
Just like the free space in bingo, you don't have to do anything to claim a find here--enjoy--just don't geocache here !
