I Stole This From De Rich To Give To Depot Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Nomex: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Historic Elberton Train Depot

The train depot in Elberton was built in 1910 and renovated in the 1980's. It is one of the more well-preserved of its kind and still rocks with the vibrations and ear-splitting horns of the passing freighters daily, although it is no longer a stopping point. Sitting beside the depot on a small set of off-set tracks is a beautiful retired caboose from days past. Also standing on the lot is a granite stone with the biography of the County's founder, Samuel Elbert. Enjoy your visit.

You're looking for a nano, but it is disguised in a way that I hope will challenge most cachers. Bring your own pen and something to snare the nasty little nano log that can be so hard to get out. This cache is right next to a busy thoroughfare so please use stealth and watch children very closely, especially taking special care and staying off the tracks.
