Jefferson Waterfront Park Saturday May 10 from 12pm to 1215pm.
This event will be held simultaneously with many other flash mob events held around the world at this time. Plenty of free parking is available near the park to the east and overflow parking is available on the side streets if needed. The schedule of events so far is to meet in the park near the monument at precisely 12pm, use your GPS clock to be accurate. You will need to sign a logsheet and put them in the bucket during the event to claim your attendance. I will have logsheets available or bring your own slip of paper with your team name and name on it, bring your own writing instrument to keep things moving along. Lunch will be served starting at 1205pm, tootsie rolls and suckers given out by Emily. We will do a group photo at 1210pm and then having a drawing for door prizes, geocoins. At precisely 1215pm promptly leave the area. I will be placing 10 new PERMANENT caches in the local area for this event and giving out coordinates during the event. For those into benchmarks there is one near the parking area. Please indicate in your logs how many will be attending with your team so we can have enough candy and cache coordinate sheets ready.
