Along highway 97 between Entiat and Chelan. The cache is on the right side of the road when you're heading SW towards Entiat/Wenatchee from Chelan. There isn't any parking, so you will have to park on the side of the road, but there is plenty of room to pull off the road. Just be careful because there is usually quite a bit of traffic on this road. There is a slight slope to climb to get to the rock, but nothing too tough.
My sister and I call this Frankenstein Rock. We thought it would be a great spot for a cache. The cache is a regular sized camo'd container. ***Please watch out for rattlesnakes***
