Geocache Description:

Cache is a 2.5 litre tupperware box containing log book, pen and asorted geoswag. Easily large enough to hold geocoins and a travel bug or three!

3rd of 3 caches we've hidden on a favourite leisurely walk of ours from central Leamington to the Saxon Mill, a really nice pub in the countryside surrounding the town (see also 'A Wandering Cacher I...' [GC1B50Y] and 'The Bushy Beast of Old Milverton' [GC1B51T]).

St James' Church is a beautiful old building in the heart of Old Milverton. This Anglican parish church includes a stained-glass window honouring Henry Jephson, who promoted the therapeutic benefits of Leamington Spa water and was instrumental in the town's initial success.

Parking is available nearby free of charge in the Old Milverton village hall car park.

Please note that this cache is not hidden in the church grounds and is outside it's boundaries. If using the public footpaths through the church yard please ensure that you respect the place and keep all geodogs and mini-cachers under control.

Once you've found the cache please make sure that it's adequately hidden again ready for the next cacher!

From here it's just a hop, skip and a jump down a gentle hill to the Saxon Mill pub. Drink anyone?
