Who Stole the Sausages? Mystery Cache

Somebody ate the butcher's sausages! Figure out who it was and you
will find the right cache coordinates.
THIS CACHE IS NOT HIDDEN AT THE LISTED COORDINATES
Cache is hidden at Wischart Conservation Area, and is a clear
tupperware container.

are, needless to say, lying. Can you figure out who ate the
