Come and say hello to Joe Friday!!!
Joe Friday is a cacher that we met from Colorado...turns out he has relatives in Lafayette and will be in town this weekend!
He specifically asked if I could hold an event so he could meet other cachers from this area...of course I said yes.
So this is truly a "Meet, Greet and Eat" event. Come and meet Joe Friday and his "gang". Come and eat some yummy pizza (ask for the student or military discount if you qualify).
Not sure what I can say to bribe everyone to come, but I'll have my pathtags, Joe Friday and his parents also have pathtags...and I'll have the "infamous" pathtag cache that you can look through and swap tags if you have them.
If you can, bring a travel bug, or a ready made cache, or a geocoin, or something that we can give away as door prizes.
This is a pretty laid back event, although I'll try to get some P&G's out before the event in the area.
Time will be 1:30pm...hopefully it won't be as crowded in the restaurant at that time...a bit after lunch and a bit before dinner! :)
