Part of the 2007 Christmas special 'Voyage of the Damned' was filmed here, acording to the coordinates I have, the filming itself took place in the middle of the marina, so as far as I can tell, the filming was on board a ship (don't know which one).
The cache is hidden where it can be easily overlooked by muggles, so stealth will be required.
Also, while you're in the area, a short(ish) distance away into town is Cambrian Place, where there is the Exchange building (the white building on the corner). This building was used for external shots in 'The Unquiet Dead' and the internal aspects were again used in 'Voyage of the Damned'. If you're wondering why I haven't placed a cache here, that's simple, I've tried several options, but there's just no where to put it!
This is one of a series of caches based on locations used for filming Doctor Who, be the filming the latest series or any of the earlier ones. If you're near such a location and want to add to the series, just let me know so I can keep the numbers without duplicates and please keep to the naming convention of starting the series with "Who Was Here: ".
