Geocache Description:

A very short-distance offset on hard surfaces. Coordinates are for a parking spot on Slade Lane, with the cache on Hocker Lane: a "green lane" with infrequent, and slow-moving vehicles (they expect pedestrians & horses), but do take care.

Teddy Bear's Picnic - Tree House is one of a small series along with: TBP- Leafy Dell; TBP - Picnic Glade.

The approach gives a great view across the Cheshire Plain with, on a clear day, views as far as the Snowdon mountains. The modern art installation in the foreground is Jodrell Bank radio telescope.

From the parking spot walk to the nearby telegraph pole. On the pole the following is carved “BT 8M ab cd”. Now go to N53°16.(a+b+c)(b-d)(c+d) W002°12.(7-d)d(a+c+d)and ask "Where would those teddies (who don't want to be seen) have their picnic?" About 1.4m above ground - long arm required to reach into ... there's a clue in the title. Please replace cache carefully & ensure its not visible to passers by.
