Geocache Description:

Children’s Musicians of Davis (2 of 5)

Especially when mopsy critter was in her preschool years, we often played recordings of children’s music in our home. This cache series honors five musicians who have brought fun, silly songs and a love of music to the children of Yolo County and the region. To ensure that this collection is non-commercial in nature, the artists are not named in the description. The cache is related to Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda, a sixth cache whose coordinates are derived from information in the first 5 caches (“CMD 1-5”).

Be sure to write down the info from CMD 1-5 to solve Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda.

CMD2 honors a musician who has been a longtime Yolo County favorite. Her many albums include one whose title matches this cache’s. The placement near the Davis branch of the Yolo County Library, where she has held community performances, honors her as well.

Be sure to write down two numbers printed at the top of the logbook, if you want to also find the puzzle cache, Children’s Musicians of Davis: Coda.
