Located close to a marker for the Oregon Trail. Great view of the local terrain.
This cache is stocked with all sorts of freebie stuff that we have picked up from drug reps (hence the name), hotels and places like that. It has pens, magnets, a stapler, and etc. Please trade with similar freebie type stuff. It is a good sized ammo can so it will be able to hold TBs and etc.
You will not have to cross any fences to get to this cache. Park in the parking area for the marker and then head out. As with all caches in this general area look out for snakes, loose rocks and lots of cactus. The location of the hide will also have some issues.
You are looking for a normal sized ammo can that is hidden in about the only place it can be (trust me when you get there you will see how it has to be hidden) on the outside of the fence. DO NOT cross the fence and try to be slightly sneaky as there can and will be muggle traffic.
Try to stop for a minute and take in the area, it is on the edge of an area that was used by people crossing the country on their way west. It is surrounded by some pretty incredible views. If you have some time continue on out on the road and check out the vast open spaces (to the right at the fork) or the high forest and mountain terrain (left at the fork)for a good taste of Wyoming.
This cache will be accessible during all times of the year, but bear in mind that you are going up into the mountains to get this cache. It is off of a paved country road that is heavily traveled so it is plowed. Have fun and please re-hide the cache well.
