This is a place that I came to long ago as a young Scout when we stayed at the Scout hut. The cave is not very long and you shouldn't need to get dirty. The co-ordinates above take you to the entrance to a little known cave called Rendez-vous. The actual cache location is a little further away. See the additional waypoints
See the final cache final location waypoint to find the cache. The published coordinates is the small entrance to the cave. See the guide image in the gallery to help find the paths that lead to the cave. I find it best finding the path just off the main trail leading to the start of Woody Ravine. Follow the paths to the cave and exit via the small side of the cave. The paths can be quite overgrown so take care.
Enjoy the small cave! It is only about 15m long but still quite cool. You should not have to crawl but a really low hunch should get you through the exit with out banging your head. There is often a small puddle of water after rain at the entrance of the cave but it is possible to navigate around it. Take a torch.
One can go through cave in the opposite direction if you wish. There is often of litter in the area of the cave so if you could be so kind as to take a plastic bag with you and take some of the litter to where it should be it would really help make the mountain a better place.
