The coordinates will take you to a pair of markers, one noting the French fort that existed nearby in 1787, and the other commemorating the first house built in Fond du Lac in 1835.
Both structures were located where the east and west branches of the Fond du Lac River converge, just south of these stones.
To find the cache, walk 240 feet EAST of the markers.
