Prírodní památka "Domaslavické údolí" byla vyhlášena narízením Okresního Úradu v Teplice ze dne 11.3.1992 na ploše 64,34ha k ochrane horských bucin a sutových lesu charakteristických pro svahy východních Krušných Hor. Rezervace se rozkládá na levé strane erozního údolí Domaslavického potoka prevážne v nadmorské výšce kolem 800 metru. Skalní podloží zde tvorí proterozoické paranuly s výskytem cetných rudných žil s obsahem kovu a nekterých nerudných surovin , jejichž prítomnost pripomínají pozustatky historických dulních del v blízkém i širším okolí. Prevažujícím pudním typem jsou melké kambizeme s vysokým obsahem skeletu, strídané polohami hlinitých sutí, svahovin a oglejených pud. Geomorfologie území je charakteristická pro tektonicky a erozne rozclenený svah Krušnohorského zlomu, kterým byla kra krušnohorského krystalinika vyzdvižena o 800-1000 metru nad úroven sedimentární výplne sousední pánevní oblasti.

The natural reserve „Domaslavicke údoli“ was established on the area of 64,34 ha by district authorities in Teplice on 11. March 1992 to protect the mountain beechwoods and scree slopes characterised for eastern part of Ore Mountains. The natural reserve is spread on the left side of erosive valley of Domaslavice stream at altitude of 800 metres. The bedrock is created of proterozoic paranul with big occurrence ore dyke containing metals and other nonmetallic materials raw that can be found in the remainders of mines in the surroundings. The dominant soil is defined of flat paraearth with high content of shell diversified by clayed slopes and orosian soils. The geomorfology of this area is characterized for tectonic and erosive devided slopes of Ore Mountains. The tectonic plate took up to 800-1000 metres over the sediments of basin area.
