- er einfach anzufahren und zu finden ist - auch für Familien
- ein grosser Teich nebenan liegt (oder umgekehrt :-)
- ein grosser Grillplatz mit Sitzbänken zur Verfügung steht (siehe Wegpunkt)
- im Mai / Juni quaken die Frösche im Teich so richtig :-) .
Damit der Cache überlebt, sind zwei Bedingungen notwendig:
1. Der Cache liegt unweit neben eines Jogging-Wegs ---> sein vorsichtig wenn Du den Cache lüftest!
2. Der Cache braucht eine natürliche TARNUNG und SCHUTZ - bitte Cache wieder ' unsichtbar ' machen, damit er vor Fuchs, Hase & Co. geschützt ist; siehe auch Hint !

In order to help this cache to surive please note:
1. The hiding place can be easily seen from an jogging path that is nearby. Please do not unveil the cache if mugglres are walking by.
2. The cache needs some natural CAMOUFLAGE and PROTECTION to be re-set after your visit; see hint.
